CERAC has been created by academics and lawyers, as an association nonprofit (published in OJ on 14.08.2010 ).
The Association aims to: promote Employment Law, Law on Intellectual Property, Law of Communication.
CERAC especially working on structuring the voluntary sector, new work organizations in the cultural validation of acquired experience (VAE), as well as conditions of employment for artists and technicians.
