Good Places To Get High Waisted Skirts

Project ATC 52 weeks - week 50

(Français version here )

This week, we'll make a small "booklet" with an accordion-style ATC .

Here's my example:

You need :
  • Cartoon for the "cover - 6" x 3 ½ "
  • Cardboard for accordion - 12" x 3 3 / 8 "
  • Tsukineko Memento Ink - Black (+ other color choices
  • Crayons wood
  • Choosing stamps (here: Fairies EK Success; Delicate Patterns from Hot Off The Press - HOTP-1014)
  • Tape ½ "wide x 6" long.
  • bender
Walk forward :

  • Place cardboard carton 6 "x 3 ½" horizontally - inside facing us - and use the bone folder to draw folds 1 5 / 8 "and 1 11/16". Back panel with 360 ˚ (inside you still faces) and repeat the two folds to the same measures. The "panels thus created will be small" doors " which will close on ATC finished, and the double fold leave enough room for the thickness of the accordion.

  • Punch cover for the ribbon will be used to keep it closed. To do this: has . make 2 small holes (I used a punch eyelet ) on one of two "doors" (See above for placement); b . 3-fold coverage - as it will appear when finished and mark in pencil where the holes come; c . Open the cover and drill the two points marked "b".
  • Decorating coverage: patterns and coloring stamps - here I colored pencil to the reasons that I had previously printed on the box motif, which creates a transparent effect . Put the cover aside.
  • Take the cardboard of 12 "x 4", using the bone folder, score folds to 4 places, still 2 3 / 8 ", that is to say: leaf margin to 0" and fold 2 3 / 8 ", move the cardboard so that the fold is now at 0" and make a new fold to 2 3 / 8 ", and repeat again until you have 4-ply. See pictures below for illustration.

  • Glue one end of the accordion inside Cover the center.
  • Decorate each page to your taste. I chose to decorate the front and back of my pages.

Pass the ribbon through the holes and closed with a loop.
Now COME PLAY!
