What Does Uggs 6 B (m)

Project ATC 52 weeks - week 48

(Français version here )

I had the pleasure recently to attend a course taught by Jennifer McGuire. I will explain here one of many techniques (all more fun than the other, by the way ...) the technical reserve with acrylic paint. This technique is also explained by Tim Holtz on page 37 of his book "A Compendium of Curiosities."

Here's my example:
You will need:
  • Carton
  • white acrylic paint - I used Adirondack Paint Dabber, color Pearl, Ranger, the effect is so because of the beautiful shimmering reflection of the painting.
  • Distress Inks choice
  • applicator Distress inks and foam pads for the colors used.
  • Stamp of your choice - I used "Floral Embrace" Hero Arts (No. CG187)
Procedure :
  1. Thoroughly coat the surface of the stamp paint
  2. Print pattern on the cardboard, allow to dry.
  3. Once everything is dry, using the applicator, inking the surface of the card. You can use multiple colors.
  4. Use a damp cloth to wipe the entire surface - not to overemphasize the carton, since the ink will disappear. These clean the painted surface.
  5. Here! It remains only to complete your ATC.
Now COME PLAY!

Do not forget to show us your creations on the forum Shop !
