Where We Will Get Water Fall Show Piece

Project ATC 52 weeks - week 52

(Français version here )
Hello,
Now we are approaching the last of this project. To conclude, I propose a technique learned at Magenta and taken by our friend Souri78 during our weekend crop art of scrapbooking. This watercolor Smooch.
Here my example:

Materials needed:
  • Kraft Paperboard (chipboard or cardboard cereal box)
  • Pencil white fat (Prismacolor recommended)
  • Watercolors U.S. Art Quest
  • Brush tank
  • Ink Smooch

Steps:
  1. On cardboard, draw lines or motifs of your choice to cover the area.
  2. Place drops of ink Smooch groups of 3, 4 or 5 across the board.
  3. Without waiting for the ink dry Smooch (you can work in sections, depending on the size of the carton being worked on), take the brush and press reservoir to flow of water in the chosen color watercolor Shimmering U.S. Art Quest. Mix and take a brush of color. Spread on paper, without scanning, rather supporting. Smooch points still wet will create changes in reflections. Can also use several colors of watercolors. In addition, the white crayon will resist the watercolor and will prove on the merits.
  4. Let dry and finish the map.
Now COME PLAY!
